Initially in my property hunt I was worried that the process of sorting accommodation outside of the UK would be a problem, but working with Jordan Byrne he made this as painless a process as it could ever be. He explained to me the process and in under half an hour my offer was submitted to the landlord and later that day Jordan called me with the great news the landlord had accepted. Jordan then kept in contact with me, ensuring all of the documentation was in order and in no time the formalities with the referencing agency was sorted and I had the tenancy agreement in my inbox. Throughout the process Jordan was quick to respond to any questions I had be it call or email. I have felt at ease knowing that I can trust Jordan and Prospect Estate Agency, making the entire procedure smooth and stress-free.

The fee's were nothing more than those I have seen with other agents and they gave me a suitable amount of time to get this to them.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
