Excellent after sales service. Elizabeth is super efficient and gets things done no fuss, always responds to emails and is extremely helpful.
Sales team also very good and have found me tenants in a very competitive environment quickly.
As a first time landlord living overseas I need to feel confident the house is taken care of, and with Prospect I feel things are very much in hand on the management and sales side.
I feel that they clearly want to be the best agent in the area, and have very high expectations of themselves. One small gripe I had was resolved very quickly. Mistakes happen, it's how they're dealt with which sets the best agents apart. As a landlord i would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering letting their property.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
