We had a few issues regarding referencing due to a job change and it took some time for it all to be rectified. Then on moving in, the first time on using the washing machine the handle broke and now almost two weeks later still awaiting action to be taken and no communication is given unless we keep calling. Very disappointing and as a tennent it's not acceptable. Whenever you call you are told how busy things are and I appreciate it can be a busy industry however we are paying customers and some things you can live without but having relocated and not knowing anyone in the area and not having anywhere to wash clothes for two weeks is ridiculous. Very disappointed and poor customer service.
What agent could do to change your mind?
