Selling our property through Ryan and Hassan at Prospect and buying our new property through them.
Very happy with their approach through the process. Several long conversations with Ryan before signing with them, impressed by his enthusiasm and knowledge of the market. He set out clearly why going with Prospect would be best, how they would market the property, its key selling points, what local properties had gone for etc.
We felt their fees were fair given the great service and their position in the market. When it came to selling our place, we couldn't have asked for better - numerous viewings set up on the first day, several offers came out of that and we accepted a price we were happy with! We were kept informed of the bookings and they were made at a time that suited our schedule. Prospect's position in the market and the number of buyers on their books made this possible, and we felt comfortable in accepting an offer from a buyer with whom they had successfully dealt numerous times before.
Finally, Ryan and Prospect's knowledge and contacts proved vital in buying our subsequent property; he was aware of a property coming to market soon in an area where we had expressed an interest and set up a viewing and we're in the process of buying the place. Again, we've been regularly kept up to date with developments and Ryan has been a great help with our questions and queries, responding in good time.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
