First the Bracknell branch was dealing with us and if it's about them my rating would be average, maybe worse... Didn't give us much information and when I asked them about something regarding the property, the information was misleading, which had caused me inconveniences. Laney Thompson on the other hand was really helpful and made us feel as valued customers. Thanks for that again...
Comment on agent fees
Fees were higher then other agencies', which didn't feel right first because of the Bracknell branch. Reading /Laney made up for their mistakes though.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
