First of all, my wife and I are extremely happy with this agency for considering us when we had pets -- we found that many (not all) other agencies would be extremely reluctant to even approach the landlords to ask if pets were acceptable. So Prospect found us a place to live, and for that we are extremely grateful.
Matteo was very helpful about going out and taking some pictures of the place, and very helpful on the phone. Gemma helped us through all the other paperwork.
The only (slightly) negative thing I'd have to say is that there was a bit of a communications failure in the period after we paid the holding deposit but before it was time to move in -- I got a couple of out of office 'will get back to you when I return' replies, but then didn't get back. But this was the only issue in an otherwise very smooth process.
Since we just moved to the UK I don't have much to say about how they compare with other agents, but they found us a place to live and for that I am grateful!

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
