I found everyone at Prospect very helpful and specifically Gemma Worrall who always replied to my queries and emails very promptly. All information was provided accurately and in a timely manner. I was very happy with their services that have been provided to me.
Comment on agent fees
In my opinion all agency fees are quite high in general. I do feel that if the agency did the referencing themselves and not have to pay an external agency to do this, then it might be more cost effective for people to get onto the private renting 'ladder' as the high cost of fees is discouraging/unaffordable.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care! Would not recommend them as estate agents! Avoid!!! ...
