I'd like to say a huge thank you to Emily Ventress who responsible who is the deposit co-ordinator for WH Brown lettings.
I have dealt with Emily twice and on both occasions found her to be super helpful and professional.
The first deposit release proved to be a bit tricky as we had a few difficulties with a former tenant but we did manage to resolve the problem without too much drama.
Throughout my dealings with Emily, I was always kept up to date with any developments or information that I needed and I felt confident that my concerns were being considered.
More than happy to recommend Emily and her work.

Absolutely useless!!! Lie after lie, never had such an experience of a company lying so much Judy to get business. All they're after is your money and nothing else. Constantly going back on their word once something has been agreed. Shame that you have to make sure your have written confirmation... Read Full Review

Joke, had 2 properties to rent at different locations where it was originally agreed that both would have the same fees..... Week that didn't happen after once again it was agreed over the phone but didn't have written confirmation

To top it off, i was sent bank details, addresses, contact details of another landlord!!!
