Ram was very friendly and supportive from the first time we spoke. I have never rented an apartment before and everything seems completed to me. I even thought I won't be able to get the flat. But thanks to Ram and Ritchie they supported me all the way through. We have used various agents to rent out properties for over 20 years and never had any cause for complaint. Browns were TERRIBLE. To give them credit they found a tenant quickly but afterwards they had no interest in the landlord at all, the tenants word was all that mattered. The problem seems to... Read Full Review

We have used various agents to rent out properties for over 20 years and never had any cause for complaint. Browns were TERRIBLE. To give them credit they found a tenant quickly but afterwards they had no interest in the landlord at all, the tenants word was all that mattered. The problem seems to be that everyone in the office is inexperienced, I don't think any of them can own a house. Landlords beware! Renting a house out with them was not worth the aggravation, in the end we decided to sell.
