W H Brown were excellent in the sale of my house . Lily Draycott was impeccable in her attention. Professional at all times . She kept me up to date , sometimes daily and how the sale was progressing . In her absence Jared was also professional and attentive . I would not hesitate to use them again ... Read Full Review

W H Brown were excellent in the sale of my house . Lily Draycott was impeccable in her attention. Professional at all times . From start to finish I have had nothing but trouble with this agency. I was a cash buyer and I was treated like a child who could be bossed around and spoken to in any manner they wished. They had no personal care and no interest in making a house move, that we all know to be stressful, easier for... Read Full Review

They had no personal care and no interest in making a house move, that we all know to be stressful, easier for their client. My initial agent went on annual leave without telling me or passing my case over so I was in the final stages of negotiations when I had to call the office to see why I wasn't getting a response from her and then had to tell two further agents, my name, what property I was buying, what stage we were at in the sale. It was absolutely appalling. Their ONLY saving grace was a new chap called Joe who was very eager to help in anyway he could so I ended up emailing him to get answers as I knew he would reply. From such a large company I was completely shocked at the low level of service. Since then, I have heard similar stories about lack of viewings on people's properties and vendors having to change estate agents as they were unable to get results from these guys. This really doesn't surprise me.
