Indifferent customer service. Rang to ask if piece of land behind property in Winterton was also likely to be for sale. Obviously beyond this agent to even bother with something so difficult to establish. They never rang back and when I checked today, the property was under offer. Very arrogant salesman gave me a lecture on viewing properties, which was hardly the point. He certainly didn't accept that at least a courtesy call back would have been basic customer care. Since I would have offered more than £20,000 over the asking price, if the land had been available, then pity the poor owner. I wouldn't touch this agent. In the past I approached them to sell one of my other houses. They claimed they had a buyer already. I received a letter saying Mr and Mrs? were looking for a house just like mine. Then when my friend went to sell her house, she got the same letter, in a different town. Could this be pure coincidence?

Bad experience from start to finish. Unhelpful rude staff who all tell you something different and dont have a clue what's going on. Loads of issues from start due to a flood from upstairs, I was very lenient and understand during this time but everything has gone down hill ever since. So much I could say about this company but currently still waiting on a decision about my deposit which I should have had within 10 days and it's now been nearly a month. I only ever get a reply or call back if I copy someone higher In the emails. Now told I am best to continue with a dispute to get a decision from them. Many faults been put on check out report that are also on my check in report when moved in. In a very stressful and worrying time for all I have found they couldn't care less and honestly I wish I had never given them a penny. I will keep fighting but advise you all to steer clear and save yourselves the stress.

Then told me that will contact me with more details they still have not done this.
If it was me paying for this rubbish service i would be totally enraged
How the hell can they do any business at all, do they ever sell any property i cant see how.

Overall the fees for this application we\'re slightly overpriced. I felt that these could\'ve been cheaper. The month\'s in advance and deposit is standard accross the board, but the extra added bits could\'ve been cheaper to help complete with rival companies who will offer cheaper rates. .

Sarah seems to want to go the extra mile to make sure our application went smoothly prior to us moving in.
Our tenancy is currently due for renewal and Sarah has been very helpful with handling this.
I received a courtesy email to let me know that this was being looked into and she would come back to me in due course.

Previously to the selling of the property, the agent also acted as my letting agent for rental purposes which was also carried out professionally and satisfactorily.
