Awful from start to no sale!
Bullied from start to finish, I must use their financial services as mine own independent advisor is not as good as theirs (I had not told them who I used); high pressure sales, presser to use their (useless) conveyancing service, was told would take 12 weeks to complete on a cash sale, went to Best & Final offer, was advised I hadn't got the property as other buyer offered more. Then was told Vendor would sell to me as other buyer didn't have the funds (despite the terms of the B&F being that we gave proof of funds), then told other party got a mortgage elsewhere & vendor wanted to sell to them despite already agreeing to sell to me.
Total shambles & utter chaos. Completely without scruples, moral compass or even common sense.
Did not even apologise for any of this situation which had been highly stressful, very pressured and badly managed by them. Could not understand why I was not happy with the situation.
Sales Advisor appeared surprised when I told her to remover my details from their database.
Mailing service: totally ignores specified criteria.
N.B. Am a cash buyer with verified funds, who will never use this estate agency.
Would give zero stars if possible.
