His mind-set to his role, resolving queries efficiently and effectively is to be commended. At no point throughout, which was an extremely stressful time for myself, did I not have full confidence in the abilities of Mark to do what he said he would do remaining calm and thoughtful to seek swift resolution – thank you Mark.

Appauling disrespect for the elderly.
My dear mother connected beautifully with a seller of a little bungalow, & prior completion ejoyed chats with the lovely gentleman selling it. However staff at his estate agents ( william h brown of brandon) Harrassed an old lady by telling her off for being in 'direct contact' with the seller. This truely upset my mother & the seller terribly. It was as if at her age she was breaking some kind of law she didnt know about, when instead it was a matter of greedy estate agents not wanting to lose a commision of the sale. Not withstanding the throughlessness of such a ploy, it has come to light that further underhanded going on are in play & i would urge any potential seller or buyer to question the veracity & origin of other reviews left for this business.

At the end of the day if you get a good broker and Jon is they will find you a good deal and use their experience to help move the deal through .That is worth good money. Try doing it on your own and see how far you get.

I would like to say a massive thanks to Jon Barton for his help sorting me out the best possible deal on my re mortgage.
This has been the first time using Jon after getting highly recommended from a close friend
He made the whole process from start to finish as stress free as possible. With so much counting on getting a good mortgage rate Jon was always there to make me feel that everything was on track and made it stress free as he could.
I have already recommended him to 2 of my friends as I am confident this is the standard of service he gives every client not just me! I also will be going back to him soon to talk about investments and will use him forever more.

My husband and I have been using WHB services at the Brandon branch for a number of years. In December 2016 we approached Jon to discuss a remortage of our property as our previous deal had come to an end so we were looking at the best possible deal we could get. At the time we were looking at making a lump sum payment into our mortage and bring it down. Jon was able to find us some great deals that met our expectations. He then brought to our attention that with the amount of money we were looking into putting in the property and we would possibly be able to buy a second home and become landlords therefore maximizing our potential income and investment. After serious considerations my husband and I decided that this would be a good investement of our savings and maximizing our options. We found a house that we liked a promptly put an offer on which was accepted. Jon was fantastic and helping us find the best deal on our remortgage and buy to let mortage minimizing our monthly payments. We have just completed our sale. Granted it took us almost 6 months rather than the usual 12 weeks. But this was due to our seller being in a chain and with the solicitors that were dealing whith our remortgage not being very good. Jon and the team were great with their help and advice always there when needed. I can honestly say that their services have been second to none. We now have tenants in place and are very happy to embark on this new journey.
