I've just completed the process of purchasing a house with Shipways and couldn't be happier with their service.
The move itself was difficult, which is not unusual with delays from various involved parties but I could always rely on the team at Shipways to support me in chasing any delays and keeping the process on track. They made what can be a very stressful process all the more simple, and were always prompt in their responses.

Shipways managed to sell my home when three other previous agents had failed to do so. This says it all, as far as I am concerned.
Selling or buying a property in the UK never goes entirely smoothly (why we can't have the more simple system used in Scotland and France I don't know) but any anxieties, or poor communication, was only ever down to solicitors (who seem to drag their heels more and more these days).
At every point, I felt able to pick up the phone and call Sharon, or Pauline, and they were reassuring, extremely helpful, professional and efficient. This made the whole process so much easier, to the point where I am sure I shall miss my regular chats with them now that I am happily settled in my new home!
I can't recommend Shipways highly enough. They get the job done.

property was a barn conversion so we realised this would have a limited market - viewings were done professionally and with knowledge of the property and its surroundings - the price achieved was what we had wanted and the sales process / updates and chases were done professionally - even if there were glitches with solicitors not wanting to talk to each other. We also bought through Shipways at the same time - the whole process taking about 14 weeks due to weird and wonderful covenants due to the build of the property we were selling

We were never updated and I didn't even know the sale had gone through until the money was in our account!!!! We were never told ANYTHING!
When the final statement did come through there were loads of extra charges I am STILL trying to get to the bottom of!!!!!!!
Use them at your peril. I cannot stress to you how much I wish I hadn't!!!!!
They were truly awful and deceitful!

I was very nervous about selling my property as i havent sold one before. I had 3 Valuations and decided to market it with Shipways as Amy was so very helpful and explained everything to me. Amy was unlike any of the other agents and i felt i could trust her with everything. My house sold within 4 days and i achieved my asking price. When the viewings were taking place i sat in my lounge and listened to how well Sharon was selling my property, she was brilliant. I would strongly reccommend Shipways to anyone looking at selling their home.

i was recommended to use amy from shipways as i heard she was dedicated to her job, and she would find me the house i was looking for.
i feel i should write this review just to let people know that shipways in rugby has a hard, dedicated young sales person on their team and she dedicates her time to you not just as a number but as a client.
