I got in contact with shipways select as I was interested in viewing a property which they had listed for sale. I spoke to one of the agents and we had agreed on a specific time to meet at the property. When I arrived bang on time there was no agent at the property to meet me. I called many times... I got in contact with shipways select as I was interested in viewing a property which they had listed for sale. I spoke to one of the agents and we had agreed on a specific time to meet at the property. When I arrived bang on time there was no agent at the property to meet me. I called many times within the working hours of the agency but noone picked up the phone. This was very frustrating as it took me over an hour to travel to the location an I didnt even get to view the property. There was a complete lack of professionalism and decency.

In summery, a very bad experience which I would not which on another hopeful buyer.
