I can’t say enough good things about Northwood in Ashford, and especially Jacqui from the property management team. Over the weekend, I reported a power outage affecting half the sockets in our rental home, and Jacqui was quick to respond. She arranged a service person from Direct Line to come out first thing Monday morning and kept me updated every step of the way. When the boiler started acting up after the power issue, she patiently guided me through troubleshooting steps. When we couldn’t resolve it, she promptly sent a plumber to fix the problem.
This level of service—responsive, professional, and caring—gives me total confidence in renting our home through Northwood. Over the past 18 months, Jacqui and the team have consistently provided outstanding support, and I’m so grateful their dedication. If you’re looking a reliable letting agent, Northwood Ashford is the best, hands down. Thank you, Jacqui and team!

I Havent had many engagements with agencies in the UK, however out of the ones that i have, Northwood, in particular Natalie from there has been absolutely amazing, first time in a long time that i have felt looked after, the previous agency i dealt with in Farnborough left me following up constantly; no real handover or anything, this has been smooth and i can see the team genuinely care about the work they do! thank you Natalie and the rest of the northwood staff team involved.
