We moved into a property that turned out to be full of mold and serious water damage, making it unsafe to live in. During both our viewings, Bethany Williams assured us the door was just stuck — but it was clearly concealing significant issues. After raising our concerns, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of empathy from both Bethany and Jacqui, who told us the agency had no responsibility once tenants moved in. This added immense stress during an already difficult time, with no proper support from the agency. We chose Northwood based on their reputation, but unfortunately, our experience has been extremely poor and upsetting. Not recommended.

I Havent had many engagements with agencies in the UK, however out of the ones that i have, Northwood, in particular Natalie from there has been absolutely amazing, first time in a long time that i have felt looked after, the previous agency i dealt with in Farnborough left me following up constantly; no real handover or anything, this has been smooth and i can see the team genuinely care about the work they do! thank you Natalie and the rest of the northwood staff team involved.

Natalie and Bethany have been beyond wonderful in supporting me and my boyfriend in securing our first rental together. Everything was explained to us clearly and precisely, and they were extremely kind and patient with all the questions we sent their way. We had the tenancy secured extremely quickly, and I was impressed by how smooth and stressfree it all was. I really cannot recommend enough the services Northwood provide. They have been polite, professional, and precise regarding every part of this process, and I couldn't have been more pleased that Natalie and Bethany were the ones to help us through this important journey. From when we first saw the property, to putting in an offer, to securing, to moving in - every part of the process was faultless. Thank you again to both of you.
