David (Branch Manager) at King & Chasmore kept in contact with me for a few years, each January would make a courtesy call to check my moving status. This year (2016) when David call I was actually on my way back from attending a viewing (some would say his call was fate). David was quick to attend my property to offer me a valuation. I received a very competitive valuation and % rate. No sooner had I signed on the bottom line David and his team had viewing lined up!
David then handed me over to his very capable team. Andrew (Account Manager) was knowledgeable, friendly and understood my needs. He maintained communication and provided me regular feedback on viewings. The property was on the market for three weeks, I had six viewings and three offers! An amazing result at anyone's standard.
I have now moved house, and am very happy. The process was slick, efficient and professional.
Estate Agents have a bad reputation - however David and his efficient team put confidence back into the industry. I would recommend in a heart beat!

Absolutley appalling, My house was sold by another agent, they charged me half the price and sold it in 4 weeks, The supposed area manager is a tanned arrogant bully, i asked him to remove my property on several occassions as my buyers were panicking and he refused, its still in their window and on rightmove his behaviour is disgusting i would NEVER use or reccommend them to anyone, they charged me nearly �500 for pictures which i got free elsewhere and a 3% commission which i got elsewhere for 1% they prey on the vulnerable
