Very poor property Management Team at sorting property issues. As a landlord I would not recommend this company they only care about taking your money from the services that they promise but never deliver. E.g. Always making excuses before they deliver the service of inspection (service we are paying for), because the weather, all staff sick (can you believe this) the Tenant is a super busy man so they cannot arrange the inspection, we are super busy too and i have to chase what they called a "Property Manager". Not answering my email until one week later and very rude the way they replay. Such a poor experience working with this agency.

Find them extremely poor of sorting property issues. Keep getting told the maintenance team will call me and never do. Safety is not their priority. Very disappointed!!!! As a landlord myself with children at the property such issues should be dealt with promptly and a courtesy call... Read Full Review

As a landlord myself with children at the property such issues should be dealt with promptly and a courtesy call wouldn't go amiss.

Having had a number of agents out to value our property , We decided on using King and Chasemore , as the selling agents due to Bruno Sandlands down to earth approach, his knowledge of the property market in Crawley .
which resulted in a number of offers in a short space of time.
We ended up in a small chain of four, with the bottom of the chain having no estate agent and our buyers using a low cost agent.
If it hadn't of been for Bruno and his in depth knowledge of both selling property and conveyancing law, along with his approach ability. He was able assisted everyone including solicitors involved to a successful completion.

Éven 2 weeks after what happen I still frustrated and I can't believe

Means on our case our offers was agree by the owner but this
Manager took an offers below mine because is getting commission
