Alex was always pleasant, responsive and attentive at all times during the sale process and found the right buyer in the end in a falling market. I'm not sure GP's back office is as slick as it could be, or as some other agents, but the fees were highly competitive and the job got done... Read Full Review

Rented through Gascoigne a few times and they have been brilliant. Previous landlord decided not to stay with gascoigne due to some silly errors which I was really disappointed with. Undervalued the rent by �250-300 pcm. Lost tenants paperwork. Tried to delay tenants moving in day before they were due to. Nightmare, allowed tenant to move furniture in before commencement of lease. Had not taken a deposit from tenant.
