One great thing about BM is that I was designated my own Sales progressor (Julie). Julie was excellent; keeping me updated on the process as much as possible and supporting me in pushing the process forwards. Sadly, even Julie's energy and drive couldn't make poor quality solicitors behave well. That being said, I'm not sure we ever would have completed without Julie

Mr Shaun White is the best Martgage Manager I have ever met. Shaun is very patient with the customer, as well as caring and professional. He cares about what customers need and pay highly attention to.
I have moved and settled into my dream home in Dorking since January 2019, but I have started looking for since early 2018. Shaun asked about what kind of property I was looking for, the budget I had and the time I would be ready to buy. He never rushed me to buy, instead, he recommended different potentially suitable properties during the year and waited until I was fully ready. When I was in a difficult situation where my rented flat was put out on sale and I was challenged with my day to day busy new job, Shaun really helped and found the perfect property I was exactly looking for.
I wouldn't be able to live in my new dreamed property now without Shaun. He looked after my budget, a big help with my mortgage and was there during the whole legal process to complete the purchase.
I would definitely come back to Shaun and only back to Shaun whether I want to remortgage or buy a bigger property in the future.
I would definitely highly recommend Mr Shaun White as the best Mortgage manager to find and mortgage the best property you are looking for. He will be there for you, really look after your interest and put your interest in his heart.

I telephoned the Redhill office to arrange a viewing of a property l had seen advertised.
Left a message on the ansa-phone Saturday afternoon about 3.
No response by Tuesday so l phoned again,got 'l don't know what happened their' response but managed to arranged a viewing for Thursday at 12, this was agreed as it was convenient for him as he had a12:30 appointment nearby.
I arrived at the property at 11:50 and waited until 12:40 and no-one showed up, so I called the office, spoke to a mam who said 'their's nothing in the diary, he is out of the office, l will get him to call you when he returns'
It now Saturday and no call!!!
SHOCKING SERVICE, SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!'

I sold my flat through Barnard Marcus Redhill. The buyer happened to be extremely difficult but I was extremely pleased with Kecia O'Shea who is the sales progressor. I found heather really helpful throughout the process of buying my first property!I was so nervous at as I had experience at all but I have to say that it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
I arranged to meet the mortgage advisor who was also very helpful and he was able to compare the market for me which helped me save some money in comparison to my bank. A few weeks later I found the perfect flat! The sales progressor helped to push things through in no time at all, thanks so much team. I would definitely recommend any of my friends or family to get in touch with barnard marcus and I look forward to using them in the future when I decide to sell.

At 09.22 on the 6th August 2016 I phoned Barnard Marcus to cancel a lettings viewing as it wasn't in a suitable location for me. The agent seemed hurried to finish our conversation but I asked her to wait as I wanted her to keep me on the books as I was urgently looking for a new home. She dismissively replied we do not have much available for people on DSS. I replied that I thought she was very judgmental and that I have been working since I was 15 years old (I'm now 66) and I have never claimed benefits. However even if I was in receipt of benefits I considered her manner to be curt and degrading.

As a buyer I found Heather extremely forceful when it came to not wanting to use her teams solicitors. We had a solicitor and mortgage broker already in place and Heather refused to take our offer unless we saw her team. We found working with her was hard work and we not want to deal with her... Things are rarely, if ever, simple when selling and buying a home but these two made us feel like even though things got very stressful they were doing all they could to sort things out, and did very successfully! They replied to calls and emails really quickly and even when the news wasn't 100% what we wanted to hear didn't do the usual hiding routine or told lies to cover an issue which this industry has a reputation for doing so. If you are buying or selling I have no hesitation in recommending this branch. Our only real dealings were with Heather and Gareth but the whole team were great!
