I have to say this sale has been a difficult sale for all involved, time and again I had sales fall through for all sorts of reasons. I also had a very difficult situation.
There were a few involved from the agent with this sale and mostly Tom Peare delt with the majority Of the sale and a difficult situation, also Venessa Kingdon was helpful when every I called up.
Kecia O'Shea was great with making the sale getting through.
In all am glad a stayed with this Branch.

I made an offer via email for one of property at New Malden that I viewed with agent Mr.Jake Harvey.

The pre-letting advice and assistance was invaluable.
Although maximum rent was not achieved in the end, it was a decision given specific circumstances.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Agency fees seemed steep. Appreciate that the process was slick, but on top of all the other costs you encounter when moving, estate agent fees seem high (particularly the inventory check fee).
