I've been looking for properties for the past 3 weeks and by far she's the best estate agent I've ever spoke to Vicky listened to my needs accurately and within minutes sort a property suited to me and my young son desires aswell as being super flexible in liaising with the landlord to find the best viewing times and so on.
Even if I wasn't to secure a tenancy for whatever reason I would stand by this statement in such a fast moving world its rare unique and special when someone slows down takes the time to listen, care and act putting you first, it makes one feel respected and cared for it was so uplifting it motivated me and has inspired me to write this.

Mouna helped me find a fantastic flat immediately, without pushiness or the hard sell. Her friendliness was very welcome. She and James then helped me sort the details in record time. They were professional, efficient and always helpful. I can't thank them enough. The whole office has a friendly feel and is very different to other more aggressive estate agents in the area. This approach is exactly what is needed in today's climate.

Priya and Robert have just successfully let our property, a three bedroom flat in Muswell Hill. We found them to be professional, sympathetic, dynamic and supportive as they worked tirelessly around the clock to let this property in a very difficult climate. Never ever going to do business with BM ever again & will warn all friends/family to avoid. I have never felt so abandoned as a client with issues going on in the flat since prior to us moving in. I was told a freezer would be in our flat before moving in and then a week before Xmas I was forced to pay for it myself (not helpful before xmas) and promised the money back and was not paid it until 2 weeks late, and it was £1 short of what was owed! How money times have they done that as sure that adds up nicely, very clever move! The manager of the branch admitted to me they thought I was the reason the toilet in the flat was blocked which is why no one bothered to come and sort it out, which is outrageous service, and eventually it got sorted and it took Thames Water to come out and access a manhole in the street (didn't need to get into my property) as it was an issue on the street not in my flat in particular, I was also told the landlord would be sending new blinds to be put up in the living room, and today I called property management for an update as was told this back in November, and was told today that the manager lied to me as the landlord said he would not replace the blinds, but the manager of the branch told me they were already on their way to me, so she is sitting at her desk in Muswell hill on a managers salary but not behaving as a manager and actually lying and thieving from clients, I've contacted the complaints department who have been very unhelpful too and now I sit and wonder who will help me, I feel so abandoned, so disappointed and robbed!! STAY AWAY FROM BARNARD MARCUD!!!!!! THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!! WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM A 1 FOR THE REVIEW BUT HAD TO PUT SOMETHING TO SUBMIT THIS.
