I instructed Barnard Marcus to sell my property. I am so pleased I did as they offer exceptional service from start to finish. Evan and all the guys, including Karim who has moved to another office, are all brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Them purchase of my onward property dragged on with loads of problems but Evan was so much help trying to sort things out for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Barnard Marcus in Feltham to anyone buying or selling you cant go, wrong.

I have rented with Barnard Marcus from 2019-2020. It has been almost 3 months since moving out and we have not been given back our deposit despite agreeing to receive it in full and multiple communication attempts. I do not recommend them if you are a one-time renter. Will be recommending friends and family to stay away.

Impossible to work with.

for weeks now I have been trying to schedule viewings. they shuffle us around and I never got to view it. Now, I`m sorry for the landlords, that put their asset in their hands. Also, it is clear that they leave alerady let properties as baits.
Think TEN times or more before doing business with them. failed not only once.

We came to Marina for help to get our first mortgage after she was recommended by a family member. Marina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of buying our first house. She was able to answer our questions quickly and found us a very good rate. I also know that if we have any queries going forward we can contact her. Wouldn't want to go with anyone else!

The team ( Paris,Jed, lizzie and Nicola (now Manager) were very helpful also Jean-Pierre who is from the Hayes branch and helped them out was very helpful when ever we phoned up any questions we needed answering with the form filling in we could take it to them and it would be done We found that nothing was to much trouble. We would use them again.

We are the victim of shrewd strategy of Barnard Marcus. We bought our first home through them and decided to hire independent lawyers and insurance policies and ended up waiting for six months before getting the position of the house due to delays by their side of lawyers and shifting of documents. We thought it was not intentional.
But now after three years when we hired them again for selling our house we are feeling cheated. To acquire our contract they quoted higher than market price for house and asked for 1.25% fee. Since we were unaware of general practice we signed a 20 week contract with them. After 6 weeks the agent asked us to reduce our price by 10,000 pounds for marketing purpose and after 50 viewings they came up with only offer which was 20,000 pounds lower tyhan initial asked price. After negotiation we agreed at 15000 less price. We received ed a call from our agent saying that if we agree to pay 1.5% fee he will negociate with the buyer for higher price otherwise he wont. We are furious with the agent but have a fix as we have liked a house and need to make an offer.

I used the managed service - wouldn't bother with that again, they find the most expensive incompetent contractors to do the work. Cant believe some of the charges and quality of the work was bad, better off signing up with British Gas landlord service.. However I would use the letting agents again.
Was also impressed that they sent the tenants a nice welcome package when they moved in (I probably indirectly paid for the gift - but still it was a nice).
