I found it frustrating dealing with Sequence Head Office during the lockdown initially as it was impossible to speak with the same person to get updates and to check on welfare of my tenants as well as to address some arrears. I found it frustrating dealing with Sequence Head Office during the lockdown initially as it was impossible to speak with the same person to get updates and to check on welfare of my tenants as well as to address some arrears. All that seemed to be occurring was an automated message to the tenants telling them they were further in debt which didnt help anyone. However, Lauren Collins was assigned to my case and she doggedly stuck with the issue for the next few months, coordinating local letting agent teams and central office to ensure that matters progressed and liaising directly with the tenants on many occasion. She was on hand to address any issues, offer advice and deal with the ongoing situation. If it weren't for Lauren, I would have changed letting agents. Hopefully now 8 months later everything is resolved. So I am grateful for Lauren's support and persistence with this issue

Giving these people one star is one too many. Unprofessional, disrespectful, disorganised, belligerent, time wasters.
We booked a house valuation with plenty of time and even got not one but two phone calls to confirm the time and date and they still did not bother showing up. After waiting for over an hour I walked down to their office and nobody was there. It's a sunny day in Shoreham so they are probably out on a jolly and not doing the work they are being paid to do.
I phoned them again after over two hours wait and I was essentially told they could not be bothered and this would have to wait until Monday.
What an absolute waste of time. They just toy around with people with complete disregard.
I have a sick family member who has suffered as a consequence of this day as they really messed up with our routine.
Ridiculous and incompetent people. UNACCEPTABLE.

Quite a while later and id been busy & away for a month on my return i checked out the website to find it was now going to auction within 2 weeks.[I also found out the survey wasnt great either...housebaot in a fab community...i met and know somebody who lives on it!!] I rang them for a viewing & asked what happened as i knew the original buyers hadnt sold their house 6 weeks ago. We viewed it, it was lovely but i got the feeling it was a `done deal`..when i viewed....the agent said fox and sons had sold the original couples house now who had put up the offer.........I rang with an offer, no return call, I rang again, again no return call. i just phoned the auction department and they told me that they were sure that it had been sold and should ve been removed although it continues to be unsold on the websites. they will confirm tomorrow when i phone them but all in all.....waste of my time & would nt reccomend them at all to be honest.

On a number of occasions we spoke to the manager and he always said I will get back to you and more often than not never did! We had to ring him back! I am sure other branches of Fox and Sons give a good customer service but beware of the Shoreham Branch!
