Once on the market, as Millie had told us it would be, our house sold within a week!

Comprehensive, Profesinal and very customer friendly. I would have been unable to sell the house on my own and Fox & Sons provided a first Class service from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much bother and Ashley and Mike always responded and updated me on the status of my home sale. WE agreed to buy a property from them, following our survey which pointed out defects, then a further problem arose,we contacted our representitive who refused accept the report.and that the surveyors reports were not worth the money. We e-mailed him a copy on a Friday and rang him later he agreed that the survey was a good one however he would not do anything or reduce the sale price , but as a special offer he would do the latter claim as long as we exchanged contracts the same day.(our solicitor had yet to recieve the paper work).

He was offensive and beligerent in his manner and we decided to pull out of the deal as alarm bells were ringing.
Our advice is dont use them especially if they are old friends of the vendor. In fact dont use them at all.
