Don't deal with this state agent There is no zero score to give Too many false accusation when I left the flat They wanted to charge me several thousands pounds to clean the property after I left by making false accusation Very poor response to requests to fix any thing faulty and not trustable Don't use them at all

There is no zero score to give
Too many false accusation when I left the flat

Rarely answer the phone
Never returned calls over many months
Took money for work to be done and 7 months later still waiting
After 3 months of asking for vacated property to be emptied we still don't think it has.
They authorised work without telling us them charged up
Can't keep staff so no continuity
Can't see emails exchanged between us and staff who left so no continuity
Charging us their fees despite no pdmt coming in due to their incompetence
I could go on.
Been renting houses out for over 30 years. This was my daughters first and its been a nightmare ever since

Clair Ryan, from the Longton office came to look at my home. I have never been more happy or impressed of letting a professional in my house.
She was welcoming, very informative and polite. Clair went above and beyond offering her professional advice and that I could contact her at anytime as she could see I was anxious about the whole thing.
If you are looking to sell/buy/let.......my advice, ask for Clair, she is amazing at what she does.

i booked 2 appointments and both times they were cancelled for the same property on the day of viewing. I was told they have got problems ref key issue, terrible service and also suspicion of under handed auction property dealing with this company ref this 1 property. why dont they look the day... Arranged a viewing and knocked on the property 2 mins before appointment but no answer. Called the office and was advised agent was coming. 10 mins later agent turns up said she was waiting inside and didn't hear the knock! No apologies and said if I want to look i've got 5 mins max.... Booked a viewing of a property today (Friday 28th November 2015) at 13.45. We waited outside the property for the agent to arrive and let us in for a viewing. We waited 5 minutes before calling the Longton office to see where they were. BJB office staff said they had made a mistake with the time... Read Full Review

The agent had been and gone, and despite the office literally being 6 minutes away (checked that on google maps).... They refused to come out for the viewing! They said we would have to wait till THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY before we could have our viewing!
