I reallocated the management of my full property portfolio to Leaders based on their excellent handling of 2 or 3 of my new properties. This is down to the whole team but a big shout out must go to Paula McCafferty who on top of her other responsibilities manages the contractor process for repairs and issues to which there has been many sadly. I don't have to do much apart from electronically approving the work and then waiting for the completion report with pictures. Well done!
