traveled all the way down from devon to wigan to view a house on Saturday at 1.15 we arrived at 12.55 still no-one turned up after 13.30 a lady named sue was meant to arrive she failed to do so, I called the branch and a lovely man listened and turned up within 12 minutes bless him, he showed us the property, all went well, however this shouldnt have been the case, we traveled all the way back, to be told they werent even sure the landlady would accept us for this property bare in mind we told them our situation before we even viewed this property otherwise we wouldnt have even bothered(I also have a teething 1 yr old baby) This is the most unprofessional company with extortionate fees that have to be renewed every 6 months!!! They need a massive lesson in customer service, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, ps the man that seen us would be perfect in any job, hes better than this shambles of a company, They need investigatede by the cqc!! I will be reporting this further

The staff here at the aston branch where very professional and very helpfull. From the first point of contact they responded to my situation quickly as im on a strict timetable to move into the town. Within an hour of my first viewing they started to process my application and a week later i have a nice property.
