They stop responding to calls and emails as soon as you hand the keys back. Checkout inventory completed the day after keys were handed over, everything was deemed to be fine with no deductions. Still it took them 34 days to process the return of the deposit, with it taking up to another 7 working... Read Full Review

They stop responding to calls and emails as soon as you hand the keys back. Checkout inventory completed the day after keys were handed over, everything was deemed to be fine with no deductions. Still it took them 34 days to process the return of the deposit, with it taking up to another 7 working days to actually receive it in my account. Many calls and emails in-between with no response until I informed them I was starting the complaints process.

We rented A property through this agent for seven years. Not once did we fall into rent arrears or fail an inspection. We spent considerable amounts of our own money maintaining the property. Then we received a letter mistakingly addressed to us informing our landlord that people were interested in the property for more rent. Shortly after we were given notice to quit. Totally unscrupulous agency used by equally unscrupulous landlords. In the end left us sofa surfing and homeless after taking nearly £80,000 of our money. Lied to deposit people about giving us notice to quit. Sharp practice at best criminal at worst.

We went to Leaders because we needed to move home after 23 years. Another estates agent in the same location kept messing us around and sending inappropriate properties to view. We spoke to Ben on the Tuesday 9th October , we saw 2 properties on Wednesday 10th October and then the one we took on... Read Full Review

We spoke to Ben on the Tuesday 9th October , we saw 2 properties on Wednesday 10th October and then the one we took on Thursday 11th October. All transactions have gone extremely smoothly , the service from the whole team at Leaders in Aldershot has been exemplary. Ben listened to exactly what we required and between him and his manager Sherrilynn that got it right immediately They were extremely patient because it was very difficult for us having been lived somewhere for 23 years. We would like to thank all the staff there, Laura was excellent as well. In fact all of the staff were, We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property.

Our son is also in a flat found for him by another branch of Leaders and he had told us to use them as they get results fast, we didn't think that fast, but here we are today about to move into our new home.

We have a portfolio of 14 properties which Leaders Limited in Reigate and Redhill have managed for us for over 10 years.
We have always found them to be extremely professional and efficient. They have found reliable tenants for us. Many have been with us for several years. In between tenancies we have not had long periods where the property has been empty. The service and regular feedback from them has been excellent. We have already recommended them on many occasions to other landlords.
If you use them to let your property we are sure that you will not be disappointed.
