Frustratingly slow and will go to any lengths to get you to exchange contracts. We were Called on Friday to come the very same day to meet the new builds team and sign contracts. They were stressing that it be done the very day and that all the paperwork will be sorted. It hasn’t happened and it’s almost Wednesday. We had to travel from Northwich to Winsford to get this done but haven’t heard from them since . We are buying a house and this slow unprofessional behaviour is frustrating.
