Looking to rent a 2 Bedrooms Flat in North London and contacted Mr Sirus Kayedi at Chancellors Estate Agents Barnet Branch he was fantastic from start to finish. He really took time to listen to what we wanted and did an excellent job of marketing the Rental property, We are Very happy we chose chancellors. He and his Team are very professional and considerate. Highly recommended. Maryam.Fahimi

I didn't have a 'bad' experience but it also wasn't great, and didn't meet the minimum level of service I would expect from an estate agent. Multiple viewings were cancelled at the last minute, I had some no-shows too (admittedly, not solely the agent's fault, but the vetting and communication is their responsibility and should have been much better). There was a huge error on the advert which was not picked up by Chancellors, but by another agency, which I consider unforgivable as to me it shows no attention to detail, no checks and no thought to the marketing of my property. Two agents who showed buyers around arrived late and didn't allow me time to even show them the property (and one didn't even know where the nearest station was) - how can I trust somebody to sell my home when they don't even know what they are selling? The icing on the cake was Chancellors refusing to sell me the photos of my property and instead forcing me to get a new photographer - this might be considered ok in normal circumstances, but not when we are in the middle of a national lockdown and we must all be minimising the numbers of people coming into our homes. I wouldn't use Chancellors again.

Absolutely horrendous. If you're ok with breach of data protection and disclosure of your personal finances to your ex-husband, hey, go with Chancellors.
