The aylesbury branch are very polite and good at selling the package. However, if you are a landlord, DO NOT use this agency to manage the property. They take your money, and that is the only thing they know. Even with full management, they do not chase unpaid rent etc. Even if the tenants leave... Read Full Review

The aylesbury branch are very polite and good at selling the package. However, if you are a landlord, DO NOT use this agency to manage the property. They take your money, and that is the only thing they know. Even with full management, they do not chase unpaid rent etc. Even if the tenants leave your property in a state, they will.not let you put a valid claim on the tenants deposit. Awful customer service. Poor property management. Even with a check in and check out inventory by them (at a cost of £118 each time), they fail to let you claim from the deposit. Definitely would not recommend.

I approached Chancellors last June to help sell my father's flat & explained the somewhat delicate situation & a need to sell quickly. Eight months later, we were no further forward & did not achieve a sale. I was not notified about viewings; feedback was unreliable; emails & phone calls were often unacknowledged; misinformation about our buyers' financial situation led to two sales falling through. The list goes on. This put a tremendous amount of pressure on me whilst pregnant & dealing with an elderly parent & then a newborn.

I pointed it out**and he apologised. He then left and I checked my car and found the chip he made, shown in the attached photo. I would like you to please ask * to pay for this minor paintwork repair.

My driveway was so large that you can park another two cars but when arriving he strangely parked very close to my car. When he was leaving, he was so careless to have chipped my car. This is unacceptable.
