I would not recommend this company for anyone looking to rent. They have no understanding of the current climate' s effect on prospective tenants and do not even have the common courtesy to reply to enquiries (Saltash office)

Very disappointed and unhappy with this branch. I made an agreement with the seller for a house I had my heart set on that if my property sold it was mine. This did happen. Very disappointed and unhappy with this branch. I made an agreement with the seller for a house I had my heart set on that if my property sold it was mine. This did happen. There was also a deadline for offers too.
So later in the week I get a phone call saying that the estate agents have let another offer through past the deadline and the agreement. The estate agents should have said it was sold! So I have washed my hands with the branch.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service from start to completion. The honest and professional manner of the branch staff ensured a great process. From valuation discussions though to photos, details selling and agreement of sale, the process throughout was painless (something unusual in this process usually!)
In less than two weeks from going on the market the property was sold and with in 8 weeks we had completion.
We would both like to thank the staff for making the sale of our house feel so easy
