Very unprofessional staffs are working there. They given an appointment to see a property and they didn’t came there, we waited there 30 minutes. Later we called them and asked, then says you have children so we are not accepting. Why can’t you mentioned in the website before. Useless people waste people times and travelling.
Don’t trust this Leader’s.

nothing but a bunch of scammers and liars. they dont fix maintenance issues unless u call them 50 times a week. I lived with no washing machine for months before they gave me a new one. A huge amount of mould was in my bathroom walls and ceiling and my property manager (Beverly Moore) was useless... Read Full Review

Starting with the viewing where the agent was clueless about the property, and developing through a two-week saga where they hadn't done their due diligence with the landlord knowing what would be necessary to complete a tenancy.

This letting agent takes the letting agents' maxim of "the prospective tenant isn't our customer so we don't have to keep them happy" to a level I've never seen before. Starting with the viewing where the agent was clueless about the property, and developing through a two-week saga where they hadn't done their due diligence with the landlord knowing what would be necessary to complete a tenancy.
Avoid like the plague. (Unless you're a landlord, they might care about you then.)

The worst experience ever.
After a month or two of renting our flat, mould started to show despite proper ventilation and heating ( the mould was only painted over). We were sending pictures, asking for help, saying that our property was damaged and they were so incredibly slow to reply and completely ignoring us at times.
After a while, a guy from mould company came to check it and he said that this is a very serious damp and that property shouldn't be rented out. But then they sent another "specialist" and he said that the issue is minor and drilled some holes for ventilation in our bedroom and living room.
Never got money back for the damage to our property and health. DISGUSTING

If I could I would give them no stars. I was in a abusive relationship so I moved out of the flat I was sharing with my ex. They told me just to tell them and they will take me off the tenancy. Then months down the line I get a email will at whopping 4250 pounds debt because he wasn’t paying it . I contacted them and they wouldn’t take any blame for there actions. Then stopped replying to me and ignored me . Now I have had a notification on my credit report at over 5000 pounds is owed. They are just adding the money onto my credit report not his . I never had any notifications until last month when you told me how much I apparently owed. Please can you actually reply to me as this is so unprofessional. This company should be shut down . I will be taking this to the papers. Worst company ever . I’ll advise you to stay away .

These guys are crooks. They take money in advance naming Checkout Fees and i am forced to pay saying that it would be refunded later if your owner does checkout himself. I cleaned the house (every bit). Owner saw the cleanliness and appreciated me. Still the checkout fees paid in advance is not refunded.
No service offered but fees charged. Checkout Fees is even banned by Law but still they charged. Ruthless guys with no value of effort and value for money.
