When I first met Denise at Leaders Eastleigh over a month ago I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Denise immediately showed me! I selected the second property that Denise provided me with photographs of and, later that day I was able to take a virtual viewing. Denise has been very communicative as well as proactive through this entirely new experience for me!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Leaders lettings, Molly, in securing my first apartment. Molly was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She provided valuable insights, promptly addressed my queries, and guided me seamlessly through each step. Her professionalism and friendliness made the experience. Though a bit stressful, securing an apartment for the first time with the referencing and so many documentations but Molly was really helpful and played a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition. She was attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to facilitate a quick and efficient move-in process.

I have rented a room through Eastleigh Leaders. They assured me the room was clean and ready for me to move in. I have rented a room through Eastleigh Leaders.
They assured me the room was clean and ready for me to move in.
It was not cleaned and the bed was filthy and under the mattress was lumps of
Wood due to broken bed frame.
Filthy curtains, windows, shower full of limescale, badly marked walled, dirty cupboards and
Drawers. Cobwebs.
This was all shown on the itinerary with photos at least 5 working days before l moved in.
This could have been rectified before I arrived.
General cleaning of community rooms not good.
I can not understand why a member of the Leaders letting team would approve my room
For me to move in then spend a week trying to get the room up to an acceptable standard,
Which I hoped for when l moved in.
The staff were rude and aggressive and I had to contact the landlord to get the room
To a reasonable standard.
Leaders company standards fell to an all time low this time.
They definitely did not adhere to their website this time. The staff should be ashamed.
They would not have wanted to sleep in the room l was given. So they should not have
Expected me to.

I have been dealing with Leaders in Eastleigh for 10 years, first as a tenant and later as a landlord. During that time, I have been constantly impressed by the high quality service they have provided and as an oversees landlord, it's reassuring to know that I am in safe hands. I thought that living abroad would mean I'd regularly have nagging concerns about how my property is being looked after but the level of attention I've received, from Ellie in particular, who is always quick to put my mind at rest, means I can focus on my life here without worrying.

I am very impressed with the level of service and dedication I have received from Diana Edwards for over 10 plus years that she has been managing my properties. She was particularly helpful when disaster struck and we had a pipe burst during a short period of vacancy. I have always found her thorough, on top of getting things fixed and most importantly keeping the property 90% rented. She researchs current rental rates and keeps me abreast of what I should be charging as a fair rent. Overall I have been extremely pleased with Diana's hard work and the effectiveness of the Eastleigh office. I would not hesitate to recommend the branch to other prospective landlords.
