We are currently renting from BJB Wolverhampton after Elisha Hennesy sorted an emergency for us after been let down with a house just before my house sale exchanged contracts, I must say after a very stressful time ringing round estate agents Elisha was so amazing and sorted us a lovely house that suited our situation. Since then any problems I’ve had she has dealt with straight away and always responds to my emails in a timely manner. I would have gave my review 5 stars but when some things Elisha or myself have passed on to property management they have been quite slow in responding and things have got forgotten about or at least I haven’t been updated about things an then Elisha has to chase things up which again she has been very helpful and we are very grateful.

Only giving 1star as can't give 0. Atrocious. Avoid at all costs if wanting to let. They do not manage properties and don't listen to tennent concerns. Don't pass rent on when they have been paid. Charge for work not done. Staff don't have a clue or can't be bothered ... Read Full Review

Atrocious. Avoid at all costs if wanting to let. They do not manage properties and don't listen to tennent concerns. Don't pass rent on when they have been paid. Charge for work not done. Staff don't have a clue or can't be bothered to help. Have ongoing complaint from over 6 months, not resolved, just being passed from one office to another. AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!
