My property is managed through Dorking. The team there look after the interests of my tenant and I very very well. I couldn't want for better - they unfailingly keep me in touch right on time. I'd especially like to recommend Joanne, who just seems to get things fixed quickly even with a twelve hour time difference.

There level of communication is excellent, with often immediate responses to emails, they found us a tenant within 2 weeks. They have a great eye for detail and did an excellent inspection of the property, giving us great confidence in their ability to maintain attention to detail. They are also a highly personable team, and I think this pays off in their ability to connect with both landlords an tenants.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the excellent services of Leaders Property Agents in Dorking High Street. Becky, Charlie and the whole team are friendly, professional and courteous at all times. I have first hand experience, from making initial enquires, viewing a property, signing the lease and resolving the initial teething problems of property maintenance and at all times, Leaders standard of Customer Service has been exemplary! They could not have been more helpful or supportive. Whenever I have the occasion to contact them, it is an absolute pleasure, and it is a comfort to know that if I do have any issue with my rented property, it is acted upon immediately and I know that I am good hands. They know their market, they know their jobs and they know how to treat people incredibly well. Five stars to the team at Leaders and many thanks to you all for your continual kind assistance.

My own experience of Leaders was less than satisfactory and resulted in my terminating the contract to manage my property in favour of McLarens. All I can say is if you use Leaders in Dorking to manage your property, keep a very careful record of what is reported done (getting alternative quotes to Leaders network of trades people where possible) as well as recording all instructions given in writing and constantly follow up on outstanding work.

Leaders have been very helpful and efficient in letting out my 2 flats. I have been very pleased with my dealings with Charlie and Becky who have been extremely efficient in rolling out all the necessary paperwork and have dealt promptly with any queries I might have had. I do think communications have been very good - prompt and courteous - and I have found as a novice landlady they have been supportive and have managed the whole process of advertising, showing prospective tenants around, and ensuring all the usual checks as regards suitability of tenant, as well as making sure that I am fulfilling all my duties as the responsible landlady. I would definitely recommend Leaders to anyone considering letting out their property - they are reassuringly professional to work with and have that vital in-depth knowledge of the lettings market.
