Having had dealings with Angela, and most of the staff at some time in the past, I have NO hesitation at all in recommending JSM to any landlords for future lettings and dealings. I have always found the staff to be professional, very helpful, reliable, and generally pleasant to do business with.

I have been letting my property through JSM for about three years; My initial contact was with Carole, who guided me through the preparation of the property for leting and gave me much valuable advice and help. Since then I have had dealings with many of the staff who, without exception, have shown the same level of professionalism and helpfulness.
For me as an overseas landlord it is essential to know that my property will be looked after, that my tenants needs will be met promptly and that all legal obligations will be fulfilled on time. JSM's record in respect of these responsibilities is impeccable.

I have been using JSM since 2003 and have always found them to be very friendly, helpful and pro-active when dealing with any issues regarding my property.
The only reason I am no longer with them is that I am currently trying to sell my property and unfortunately they only handle lettings and not sales; if they did I would definitely stay with them.

They personally contacted me with recommended property's in the area I wanted to move to, arranged viewing and check in's and were always on time and very professional. Any problems and questions with the a property I have had have been handled swiftly and efficiently.
I have spoken to everyone in there office over the time I have rented through them and they have all been very helpful, polite and efficient.
JSM is a company I would highly recommend.
