Leaders Lettings when you are a new tenant appear on the surface to be good in terms of arranging viewings, starting a tenancy and moving in. However, with hindsight this is a ploy to extract whatever they can from you in fees and charges. Once you are a tenant their customer service disappears, they are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. When your tenancy ends Leaders will try every possible backhanded method of extracting yet more in their overpriced and unnecessary fees, coupled with their atrocious service. Avoid at all costs - there are an abundance of better Estate Agents in Walton on Thames and the surrounding area.

Have used Leaders since 2013 for our property in Walton and have never had any issues. They provide an excellent service. We used Leaders as we have a property in Kingston which they manage for us (since 2002) and again we have always had excellent service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm very disappointed with leaders customer service. I've called to enquire about property advertised to rent through the Walton on Thames branch and once to the weybridge branch. The first time I contacted them I received no response to my telephone enquiry, so ok maybe they lost my number? I chased them up and again received no response. As I was passing their branch in Walton I decided 'ok third time lucky perhaps' maybe a visual presence would receive a better response. I was received but again no follow up. I get the sense I'm being overlooked as what I consider a worthy tenant for prospective landlord. Their approach/feedback seems to be one of pessimism with regards to even renting a flat, not really conducive for sales. Needless to say I've taken my business elsewhere and certainly wouldn't entertain or recommend leaders to prospective tenants or landlords in the future. Sorry guys
