I have rented other properties out of the Fareham area with other Agents who do not come close to their Management Service. I have total faith in their ability to manage and check my property. Their property checks are very fair to the tenant and to the landlord. As a tenant previously myself I think any tenant living in a property managed by the Fareham Leaders team are very fortunate tenants.

I have rented my property with Leaders Fareham for 9 years, they have never given me any reason to question if I should consider using another agent. Sue Tiller has retained her staff members in the 9 years I've used them, which I think says a lot for their work ethic.

I would recommend Leaders to those who want a professional service and don't want their time wasted looking at any old property just because the agent wants to let it. You really do get a bespoke service from Leaders and they do listen to your specification.

Leaders have been managing my property for a couple of years now and I have had no problems whatsoever with any aspect of the lettings. The property has just been let again to the 3rd tenant and the tenants chosen have always been well suited to the property, i.e. looked after the property and paid their rental on time. They are very efficient in advising me of any problems with regards to repairs/maintenance and always respond quickly to any questions or queries I may have. The property inspector, Bob Tiller, has high expectations of cleanliness so you can be sure your property will be returned in good condition. Overall I have had a great experience with Leaders and would recommend them to any prospective Landlord or Tenant/s.

Lucy, is my focal point for the day to day management of my properties. She sometimes has to take my frustrations on what my tenants do to my properties but does this with a smile and humour. She organises the call outs and initial calls from my tenants, working with me as I have started to build up my property maintenance team.
The Fareham team are very friendly certainly as a landlord but I'm sure this is also shared to the prospective tenants. Its a fine line between representing both landlords and tenants, ensure all feel happy with the service.

I am extreemly happy with the service i have recieved from the leaders ( Fareham Branch) .
I would like to mention especially Dan Evans for particularly excellent service , nothing was too much trouble!
And Sue for arranging an extra service on my moving in day that made my life so much easier !
All my queries have been answered immeadiatly or within a day if more information is required .
As a tennant moving to a new area miles from my home , Leaders have made finding me a new home very easy and i would reccomend them to any landlord ( my landlady has had excellent sevice too ) or prospective tennent who needs to rent in the Hampshire area .

Leaders are in a league of their own and, quite frankly, are the best. Their staff are all highly trained and I can't recommend them enough.
If you are either a Landlord or a tenant seeking a property - don't waste your time trying the others - go to Leaders in Fareham. You'll get the best service in a very wide area. That's why I have always used them and will continue to do so!!

They don't get the nick name bleaders for nothing! We viewed the property and noticed a few things needed sorting, 2 weeks later we move in and nothings been done. They don't get the nick name bleaders for nothing!
We viewed the property and noticed a few things needed sorting, 2 weeks later we move in and nothings been done. A few weeks later they come out and repair some of the issues but not the major mould problem throughout the house. We complained about this to Leaders and the council so the landlord evicted us instead of fixing the problem! We then hire a cleaning company to clean everything (even though it was dirty when we moved in, that was one of the issues we had) and now they are trying to charge us an unspecified amount to clean and to replace stuff that wasn't there in the first place? We wrote letters telling them for example there was no washing line and no door on the front room but they say they didn't receive it! Now we have to fight to get our money back. We do however have a video recording of the house when we moved in so will fight to get every penny back.
Leaders were very kind and professional to us when signing the contract and are the complete opposite when leaving.
