Julie was amazing from start to finish on the viewing, and after with explaining how the process worked and what I needed to do next, I fell in love with the place I viewed but I've always found when moving if I don't get a good feeling from the agent that's a red flag and can easily deter me from choosing said property, Julie had everything sorted for me within a hour of viewing the property ( as she needed to check some things over with the landlord for me) she's so friendly, welcoming and professional. I'm really glad my viewing was with Julie and that she is who I am dealing with, very happy customer

Karen has look after our interests when I was working abroad and our house was rented consistently for approximately 5 years. Since returning to the UK I have bought another property to Let. I was given good advice about the area that it is located and within 5 days or so of purchase Karen had a tenant moving in!
In all my time dealing with Leaders with the exception of one tenant (as is to every rule!), who was dealt with in a professional manor, the the standard has been extremely high and the whole process has been faultless.
I am currently looking for another property to Let. Karen and her team of advisors in and around Southampton are providing essential advice for my search.

When we bought our first "buy to let" property Karen and her team at the Sarisbury Green office guided us through the whole process ensuring that everything ran smoothly.
When all the necessary paperwork was completed they went on to find us a tenant, within a week.

I inherited a run down bungalow from my farther, and after initially putting it up for sale, I only recieved poor offers from builders/developers. So, I started to think about the possibilities of renovating it and renting it out.
I popped into my local "Leaders" lettings agency, and explained my situation, and arranged for Sephie to come and visit the bungalow. Sephie, saw the potiential of this bungalow, and helped explain how a rental property works. Sephie was extremely patient and explained things in ways that were easy to understand. So, i undertook the renovation.
From Day one, Sephie & the Leaders staff were a phone call away to answer any question I had, and It was always a pleasure to have a visit from them, even if it was just to say "hello" & "how are things progressing" All of their help & advise has proved to be 1st class, and at times invaluable. (All the trades persons how helped with the work, all said that leaders were the best letting agency, they had been involved with too)
After 4 months the bunsalow is now completed, and the Tennants they have found for me Brilliant, 1st class.
So, all i can say is that if you have ANY thoughts about possibly renting out a property, pop in and have a chat with them. The level of service you will recieve is Fantastic.

I have rented over the last 8 years moving 5 times in that period, so have a fair experience of letting agents - this was by far, head and shoulders above any of the others. For example a small touch like labelling keys maks a huge difference. Other letting agents take note - you don't need a bunch of wide boys out to make a deal, just a good professional and pleasant team who understand how stressful moving house can be.

I have had occasional disappointment over minor property management issues, but the important things are always done. To be fair, property management was shared with another branch, but due to growth (I think) is now done by themselves, and I have found Sarah excellent to work with.
