Viewings were easily arranged and Laura was very informative when we went to view the property and told us all we needed to know in terms of fees, bills, location, Landlord, etc. The process of putting in an offer ... Viewings were easily arranged and Laura was very informative when we went to view the property and told us all we needed to know in terms of fees, bills, location, Landlord, etc. The process of putting in an offer to signing the contract was very efficient and he kept us in the loop at all times. Since moving in has kept in touch with us and has ensured we have had a smooth transition.

I have since contacted Leaders for advice, and this was given in a professional and helpful manner.

This is the first time I have written a review - and did so without hesitation!! It was my first experience at renting, having always owned a property. Leaders in Beckenham, especially LIzzie and Laura made it very pleasant and overall less stressful experience, whilst trying to balance selling and renting a property.
The girls were extremely helpful in every aspect and I cannot praise them highly enough. I couldnt be happier in my property - and I wish them all every success in Beckenham.

I had previously had a bad experience when I let out my flat several years ago, and was loathe to use a letting agent again. I was so glad that I was recommended Leaders by Charles Eden Estate Agents next door. I had such a lovely & friendly experience. Laura took me through the process of letting through Leaders one step at a time and I really felt in capable hands. I highly recommend them .
