I moved out of a rented property which was looked after by Clive Watkins in June, we are now in October and I am still trying to get my deposit back. The communications skills are awful. And they are just unaware of the implications of their actions as for all they know I could desperately need that money. Also throughout, my time at the property I was repeatedly hastled by the incorrect energy company who weekly sent letters or people out to the property to encourage a large bill to be settled even though they were not my energy supplier, but the landlord and the agent were made aware of this but it didn't stop. It reached the point when two men from the energy company were knocking on my door for ages and when I answered the door they wouldn't take no for an answer despite being told they were at the wrong address and in fact the address they wanted was down the road.
I was a very alert and organised tenant. Never paid anything late or every queried the agents fees, yet it's taken me 3 months of arguing and I'm still no closer to trying to get my deposit back!!! It's awful, could you imagine if I'd not of paid rent for 3 months!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
