Booked a viewing in Eastleigh with this agency. I asked for a day off to be able to go there from Winchester, and after a confirmation the same morning, one hour before the viewing ( I was at the train station and I had already bought train tickets) they called me saying Im sorry the viewing is canceled because someone has just rent the house and I'm not doing viewings anymore now. Well, I found it really rude and not a serious attitude for an agency. If i could give less than 1 star i would.

A terrible estate agent with regard to tenants. They work for the landlord even though the money comes from the tenant! The house was not fit for human habitation due to the previous tenants spilling meth mix on the carpet which made me physically ill. They let the landlady come round without any... Read Full Review

A terrible estate agent with regard to tenants. They work for the landlord even though the money comes from the tenant! The house was not fit for human habitation due to the previous tenants spilling meth mix on the carpet which made me physically ill. They let the landlady come round without any notice and they both argued against me regarding changing the carpet as Nikki derisively stated it wasn't a meth spill even though I have a friend in the police force who confirmed that was what it smelt like. After I moved out in March I'm still waiting for my deposit as they claimed they had to clean the carpet after I moved out at a cost of £185!! They use tenants as cash cows so beware as they don't sort out any issues or look after your health and welfare! Best 2 words childish and vindictive

Nikki Chapman has been nothing short of absolutely amazing, response time is fantastic and she really does go above and beyond!
Would definitely recommend renting through Enfields if you are looking at rented accommodation

If you already rent through them, when you leave take pictures of everything the day you leave!!!! Door handles, lights, taps etc and demand to be present the day of check out!! I am glad to see the back of them and i am glad i took my case to dispute or i would of lost my whole deposit, with the DPS,.... but turns out the landlord isn't allowed to work in the property between tenants leaving and the inspection (manager needs training!) and my photos and receipts saved me from loosing all my money! Thank you enfields for nothing! no interest in tenant when they are moving out!

I am very disappointed with ENFIELDS Estate Agents Eastleigh service. I was continuously calling and sending e-mails to them in purpose to book a viewing for one of the properties which they offer. I am afraid, they never replied to me. When I have called them, eventually I have booked a viewing, however never received a confirmation of this by e-mail. I had to call them another 3 times to just get an address of the property. I was waiting 30 minutes outside of the property in 3 degrees, unfortunately nobody ever turned up. I didn't receive any calls, messages or an e-mail with cancellation or at least an apology. I also sent an e-mail the next day admitting that I am very disappointed of that kind of service and I was still asking about this property. My last step was visiting their office, when I have heard that the property has been already “let agreed†and Grace was supposed to leave me a message with this information. Due to my many calls and e-mails to Enfields, I am sure that they have got my correct mobile number and two e-mails addresses. I do NOT recommend anyone to sell/rent a property with them, as they are unprofessional people who do not care to help you. I have wasted lots of my time and lost my patience with company and with the service that I have received from them.

Nikki, Jade and the team worked very hard to chase up the various solicitors up and estate agents up and down the chain to push things along and despite 6 houses in the chain we completed within 12 weeks from start to finish.

Overall just very poor service. I used them for 6 years. I stayed with them mainly because I was out of the country and didn't have much choice to find an alternative. They made numerous mistakes from errors to the statements to applying very poor judgment in getting tenants. The worst was getting a tenant with a poor credit rating that absolutely ruined my property. Secondly their they change property managers more frequently than you'll expect (they probably got fed up and left). This results in you constantly managing your own property instead of relying on the property manager. The only positive I can add is I finally got a terrific property manager (Melissa Noyce) that was excellent. Unfortunately the damage had already been. I definitely do recommend you use them, if you have to ask for Melissa as your property agent.
