Would never use this company again, Manager doesn't care about tenants, i needed their help and my calls were ignored and instead i got a unfriendly email. I however i seeked legal advise and came out of my situation ok and didn't loose all my money! If you already rent through them, when you leave take pictures of everything the day you leave!!!! Door handles, lights, taps etc and demand to be present the day of check out!! I am glad to see the back of them and i am glad i took my case to dispute or i would of lost my whole deposit, with the DPS,.... but turns out the landlord isn't allowed to work in the property between tenants leaving and the inspection (manager needs training!) and my photos and receipts saved me from loosing all my money! Thank you enfields for nothing! no interest in tenant when they are moving out!

Apr 1, 2020This is what happens when you leave a review. I left a honest review and instead of an apology I got nasty emails! And for the record the agent only got £60 half the fees they claimed and the landlord £200 odd pound I could or lost nearly all my deposit of I had not of appealed. I would of just left my review as it was but I feel the emails are threatening and this now won’t be left. Appalling behaviour from a grown women.

Apr 1, 2020Maria, what you have said is untrue. We did not manage the property, the landlord did. I had advised you via the phone hoe the DPS worked so there was no need to keep returning you calls and as it was a property we didn’t manage, I referred you back to your landlord. There was an outgoing check out and I do not make the decision on the charges, the landlord does. Your landlord put forward them to you and you disagreed again with them so we forwarded them to the DPS which went to a dispute. You then received some money back from your deposit as the landlord had carried out work prior to the checkout. I understand that you are frustrated and are taking it out in us an an agent because you have not received your full deposit back but I feel your review is totally uncalled for. You had been a tenant for years and we accepted your circumstances when other agents wouldn’t.

A terrible estate agent with regard to tenants. They work for the landlord even though the money comes from the tenant! Overall just very poor service. I used them for 6 years. I stayed with them mainly because I was out of the country and didn't have much choice to find an alternative.
