I am very disappointed with ENFIELDS Estate Agents Eastleigh service. I was continuously calling and sending e-mails to them in purpose to book a viewing for one of the properties which they offer. I am afraid, they never replied to me. When I have called them, eventually I have booked a viewing, however never received a confirmation of this by e-mail. I had to call them another 3 times to just get an address of the property. I was waiting 30 minutes outside of the property in 3 degrees, unfortunately nobody ever turned up. I didn't receive any calls, messages or an e-mail with cancellation or at least an apology. I also sent an e-mail the next day admitting that I am very disappointed of that kind of service and I was still asking about this property. My last step was visiting their office, when I have heard that the property has been already “let agreed†and Grace was supposed to leave me a message with this information. Due to my many calls and e-mails to Enfields, I am sure that they have got my correct mobile number and two e-mails addresses. I do NOT recommend anyone to sell/rent a property with them, as they are unprofessional people who do not care to help you. I have wasted lots of my time and lost my patience with company and with the service that I have received from them.

Dec 21, 2017We were supposed to move into a house and with a week notice they said the house was not available, found another for three months and then another year on another one which they wouldn't show us at all. we were desperate so we signed the contract for the first house. The didn't want to give it to us, made excuses about equipment not working. The inventory for the first house was all a lie, House was dirty (there was * in the toilet), no curtains, bin bags everywhere, tools, carpet was missing in some spots, and they did nothing about it. Then we didn't want to move to the other house cause obviously they were saying they were too busy to show us the house. And they wouldn't give us the contracts still. They kept our deposit cause they changed the contract, saying we signed two. If anyone has been scammed by them get in contact with me, lawyers an police said we only need other people who as been through the same and we could win this.

A terrible estate agent with regard to tenants. They work for the landlord even though the money comes from the tenant! Would never use this company again, Manager doesn't care about tenants, i needed their help and my calls were ignored and instead i got a unfriendly email. Overall just very poor service. I used them for 6 years. I stayed with them mainly because I was out of the country and didn't have much choice to find an alternative.
