We have been with Enfields for some years now, and they support us with our buy-to-let properties.
The team at the Winton branch respond quickly whenever problems arise. They build up good relations with all the tenants by resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. They are good at keeping us informed, so that we always know what is happening in each of our properties.
We value their advice about rent charges, ensuring that we always charge a fair rent.
The workmen they recommend are reliable and not too expensive.
The news update videos from Jonathon are always entertaining, and contain useful information for landlords.

It your son or daughter is a student please tell them to beware before renting from Enfields. If you want to be left without hot water and heating for weeks in the middle of December, if you want to live in a house with mice and lots of problems that Enfields refused to help with rent from them. If you want to be told to call the Council they might help you to get the landlord to sort out repairs - basically fobbing you off rent with with them. Finally when you move out if you want your deposit to be held back and be lied to rent through them.

If you are considering renting through Enfields just remember as a family run business they will stick together and will not help you. They will constantly blame the landlord when the landlord is oblivious to what is going on. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel bad for the tenants that moved into the flat I had with Enfields Estate Agents Bournemouth, or any property with them.
Firstly, they used photos for the listings that were at least 5+ years old at the time (2019) and then used them AGAIN after my tenancy (2023), the flat didn't even have the same front door, no representative of the condition of the flat at all.
When I moved into my flat there was mould in the kitchen and bathroom, the oven didn't work, the washing machine didn't work, the paint was wet on the walls, blood stains on the mattresses, doors hanging off hinges, the furniture deteriorating, everything smelt of mildew. At no point did I receive a discount for the faulty appliances or state of disrepair, nor one during the global pandemic.
After 3.5 years, where every maintenance issue was bodged, a seemingly bogus EICR report made, various serious fire safety issues, a complete indifference from the agents to the wellbeing of the tenant, and Enfields upping the rent I decided enough was enough.
They then lied to me about the end of the tenancy process, saying I had to move out at the end of the rental month (it was actually simply 1 month after the day I gave notice), then despite requests for the check-out, they sent me no details about deductions or the check-out report.
After weeks of nothing, I had to pay a solicitor to witness a statutory declaration form to force them to send the details. They eventually sent them 6 weeks after the end of the tenancy, a day before it would have been returned, and 15 days past the deadline for deductions as written in the tenancy agreement (clause 6.5).
And to top it off, they then went on to claim £1300 (more than the deposit) worth of clearly unsubstantiated deductions, things clearly shown to have been defective in the check-in, which was made 3.5 years ago!
So, I had to spend even more time putting together all my evidence for the DPS, and now have to wait for another month to get processed and returned to me, which it undoubtedly will eventually.
An absolute joke, if you want an Agency that will look after your property or the tenant, go elsewhere.
