Our property was previously marketed with another agent who had not received any interest in six weeks. Cailey visited our property on 26th January providing a very confident professional attitude to renting the brand new property. This was followed through both a prospective tenant and ourselves were constantly liaised with to ensure that the property was let and all necessary paperwork completed in a timely manner. The new tenants moved in on the 8th February just two weeks later.
What agent could do to change your mind?

I found Cailey, professional and very organised, also very helpful and friendly, whilst ensuring my particular requirements and requests where met regarding the profile of the client.
Cailey worked extremely hard to ensure my apartment was rented within a 7 day turnaround also ensuring all key legal documentation was completed within the timeframe. Throughout the process, Cailey advised and remained helpful throughout and I will be certainly using King & Chasemore in the future.

Appalling letting service from start to finish which included lying say the landlord required tenants at an earlier date when in fact the landlord did not and was happy to wait, the estate agents set up utility bills in tenants name with Spark energy without consent of landlord or tenants, and the... Appalling letting service from start to finish which included lying say the landlord required tenants at an earlier date when in fact the landlord did not and was happy to wait, the estate agents set up utility bills in tenants name with Spark energy without consent of landlord or tenants, and the estate agents have failed to return deposit now for one month after landlord approval. NEVER USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS.

We bought a house being sold by king & chasemore. Ours was the move from hell as our first buyer failed to honour promises made and we were caught in the middle. Daniel and jasmin helped out in many ways when our first sale purchase collapsed. Our second attempt at buying the same house was only a little better but we did succeed. Estate agency is not easy as you have to be patient polite and push forwards to make things happen all in the same breath. King and Chasemore are very fair and professioal to all parties.

They are all absolutely terrible!! no one talks to anyone, their amazingly unorganized and have no idea what they are doing? i rented a beautiful house for 9 months, after 1 month the real view of it started to come through. terrible mould. now i've moved out (had no choice son was getting ill) and disputing monies, they have accused me of lieing! they tried to claim £1400 worth of damage due to damp from me but lost. would never ever recommend using these guys. for you own health and safety reasons!
