I used this company for a number of years and they have let me down in the management of my property.
They were negligent in many respects with the last tenant that was in the flat. My property was completely wrecked and during this tenancy which was from November 2013 they visited the property once to inspect it. The tenant did not pay his rent and I had to constantly send e-mails to the company to follow this up. I also had to prompt a visit to establish if in fact he had left without their knowledge ,owing me a considerable amount of money.
This was to my mind a case of taking money from people under false pretenses and not carrying out their job. I have been left considerably out of pocket as a result ,but they made sure they took their re- advertising fee from the last payment that was made to me even though this flat was inhabitable. I visited them and spoke to Dawn Blackwood who was helpful ,however I am still awaiting some form of communication from their accounts Department. Needless to say I sacked them as I was unhappy with the service/dis-service they gave me.

We are sincerely sorry that you feel things went wrong with our management of this tenancy. We understand how distressing it can be for landlords when a tenant fails to pay rent and mistreats a property. Our reports and photographs show that the property was inspected on 5 occasions during the tenancy and our Accounts Dept had lots of conversations with the tenant and rent visits when the problems with rent first arose. Unfortunately this tenant left the country and is now very hard to trace. We took on board your concerns in relation to the management and various fees including the re-marketing fee were refunded. We will continue to help in anyway that we can in recovering the rent and wish you all the best with the re-let.
